Cherry Bark is native to the north east section of the US, and has been utilized for millennia by native tribes. Some of the uses include aiding coughs, colds, and fevers by the Cherokee, Iroquois, as well as for bronchitis, lung inflammation and sore throats.

 

Wild Cherry Bark is both cooling and warming with an affinity for the lungs and lower respiratory system.

 

Elecampane soothes irritation and promotes expectoration (bring phlegm and mucus up and out).

 

Ginger is known as a tonic for a number of different ailments ranging from digestive support to colds and inflammation. 

 

Fennel's aromatic properties have a calming effect for bronchitis and other coughs.

 

Cinnamon helps to modulate the body’s inflammation response.

 

Lemon Balm is relaxing and soothing

 

Licorice has a soothing, anti-inflammatory effect on the lungs and respiratory system.

 

Orange Peel can soothe inflammation in the respiratory tracts.

 

Does contain honey and is not safe for children under 1 year.
