Earth Day Plant Walk

Oregon is lush with a variety of wild herbs that grow all around us. Join local herbalist, Kassaundra Lynn, to celebrate Earth day with a stroll around Skinner's Butte to explore the different herbs that grow there. 

On this walk, you'll learn:

-How to identify a handful of medicinal plants

-The energetics and herbal actions of each plant 

-Ways to work with the plants

Suggestions on what to bring:

-Water

-Snacks (if needed)

-Pen & Notebook

If you would like to/need to carpool, meet at the apothecary at 9:15a, otherwise we'll meet in the parking lot by the parking lot on the north side of Skinner's Butte, by the playground and community garden at 9:30a. 

*Although Skinner's Butte is dog friendly, I have found that the pace of an herb walk is not preferred by most dogs. Please leave your doggo(s) at home.
