Refund policy

At Rooted Remedies Apothecary, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Due to the nature of our herbal and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kassaundra@rootedremedies.co with a photo of the damage. We'll make it right.

Non-returnable items: Tinctures, teas, salves, and any consumable wellness products that have been opened cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
