We source our blueberries from Upriver Organics in Leaburg, OR. Not only are they the tastiest around, they are also full of antioxidants, like anthocynanins, that can help reduce oxidative stress and has anti-inflammatory properties; vitamins such as K, C, B6, and, A; and minerals. There are many studies on the benefits that Blueberries have on our hearts, brain, immune system, and overall health. 
 
•Peppermint has anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties. It’s a great herb to help soothe inflammation and tension in both the gut and the mind while also having a stimulating effect. 
•Chickweed cools and soothes hot, inflamed tissue, and increases the body's ability to recieve nourishment. 
•Lemon Balm is a cooling digestive aid, and relaxing nervine. 
•Cleavers helps reduce pain and inflammation in the urinary tract, and helps keep the bladder and kidneys running smoothly. 
•Red Root both tightens/tones tissues and opens/restores flow.
•Nettles are a powerhouse of essential vitamins and minerals, soothes inflammation, and strengthens lungs, hair, nails, and connective tissue.
 
All of our drinking vinegars are made with organic apple cider vinegar and organic, raw honey (sourced from Humble Bee in Eugene, OR), giving them the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. 
 
Suggested Use
1tsp - 1 tbsp as is or add to your favorite drink
