Wild Food Workshop - Nettle Gnocchi

Join us for an afternoon of exploring wildcrafted nettle through pasta making, tasty appetizers, and delicious herbal mocktails. 

In this workshop you will learn how to safely harvest stinging nettle and transform them into beautiful and delicious Gnocchi. You will get to experience every part of the process of making pasta before we all sit down to share the meal together. 

Participants are encouraged to bring an apron and clean gardening gloves (but not required). 

This workshop includes:

-All ingrdients and materials needed (except aprons and clean gardening gloves)

-A recipe card for the Nettle Gnocchi and herby nettle chimichurri sauce

-Curated appetizers and mocktails utilizing Nettle

-Community building and socializing

-Hands on experience making pasta with a professional chef/baker
