About the Event
Come join Nicole Flores, founder of Earth Mama Domestics, for an evening of herbal tea, building community, and celebrating the Spring Equinox.
To many, Ostara is a feast day that honors the Spring goddess and Earth Mother. A form of this traditional springtime celebration was practiced by many Pagan cultures throughout history, in tales that are too eerily similar to be mere coincidence. On this special day of the year, night and day are equal lengths, representing a general theme of balance for this regenerative sabbat. We also celebrate the seedlings popping up through the dirt as a sign of rebirth, fertility, and new beginnings. Much like the tulip, we needed the chill of winter to hibernate and regenerate so that we can blossom to our full potential.
For this celebration, we will be curating, some spring magic!
-Mini Ostara Altar - a sweet way to set intentions and honor the changing of the seasons
-Spring Simmering Pot - a combination of aromatic herbs to simmer on the stove top and welcome the energies of Spring inside.
-Floral Both Salts - mix and match herbs with sea salt for a luxurious, self care bath.
