Magical Medicinal Mead-Making Workshop

Learn to celebrate the harvest like a Viking (without the violence!). Mead is an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting honey, and often includes medicinal and tonic herbs, barks, fruits, roots and even mushrooms. For centuries, it has been an integral part of northern European culture.

You'll get to mix and match your own taste profile with an assortment of herbs and fungi, including chaga, elderberry, ginger, and cinnamon. 

This 2 hour workshop will cover all you need to know to make your own mead in time for the holiday season. You’ll come away with a solid understanding of all the basic concepts, and also a gallon of your own mead to take home!

All ingredients, and materials are included in the registration cost.
