Herbal syrups are an excellent way to work with herbs, especially for people who have a hard time with bitter tasting herbs. They provide a nice sweetness and can be mixed into food and drinks for extra creativity.Â

In this class, you'll learn
-How to make two different syrups - one to support your respiratory system, and one to support your immune system
-Ways to get creative in how you take your syrups
You'll also receive a booklet about herbal syrups and an overview of how to work with them.Â
